Job Description You will lead category and department-wide performance, managing suppliers, finance, marketing and operations to drive growth across all Petstock Australia retail and online sites. You’ll shape strategy for exclusive ranges, new product innovation, seasonal and impulse buys, and private label expansion. Collaborating closely with brand, marketing, supply and space teams, you’ll streamline buying and operations while developing your team to deliver results efficiently. A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Lead and drive all aspects of department and category performance (supplier relationships, financial management, marketing, operational) Drive and maximise category performance on all Petstock related eCommerce sites Develop and deliver strategies for: Exclusive ranges Product innovation and first to market opportunities Seasonal and impulse buys Private label growth. Lead the Annual Business Planning process Develop close partnerships with the brand, marketing, supply and space teams to optimise category management activities and streamline processes. Develop team to achieve outcomes, contribute to store whilst being efficient and effective. Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career? Demonstrated ability in leading a team of Category Managers and/ or Buyers. Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated understanding of retail metrics and key drivers Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage suppliers Experience in Category Management, Overseas Importing and Product Development Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
